HOW TO ORDER – BYING A PRODUCT

For all type of orders, the same procedure applies.
Please fill out a simple form to get in touch with me. There is NO obligation.
All products are handmade by me personally.
After filling out any of the forms, I will get in touch with you. I am looking VERY much forward to hear about your thoughts, wishes and needs.
Next step is to agree on design.
When we have agreed on a design, I create an offer for you, with a price and a delivery date. The offer is valid 1 week.
All my prices on the webpage are indicative.
Before I start ordering materials I ask for a deposit ranging up to 50% of the amount agreed between us. The 50% is a start up fee to cover trims (trims: zippers, buttons etc. ) and fabrics.
Please notice that the deposit is not refundable.
After you receive your order the last 50% is to be payed.
