HOW TO
ORDER A PRODUCT

For all type of orders, is the same procedure applies.

1. ST.

Get in touch with me – without any obligation. You can either write me a message using the CONTACT button below, write me an email: info@marialarsen.com.

2. ND.

You share your needs and wishes with me. Are you interested in an existing product or a custom-designed interior product ? According to your needs I will make you and an offer – without any obligation. The offer contains sketches / illustrations and delivery date and price. There is no obligation. When the offer is approved we move on to the next step. An offer is typically valid up to two weeks.

3. RD.

I start ordering materials. To do that I need a start up fee or a deposit ranging up to 50% of the amount agreed between us. The 50% covers e.g: trims: zippers, buttons and fabrics.

Please notice that the deposit is not refundable.

After you receive your order the last 50% is to be payed within 14 days.

4. TH.
