Return the product within 14 days.
I am always open to work on a solution if you are unhappy with your product. You can return a product within 14 days after you receive it. You have to pay the shipping fees yourself.
After I receive the product and approved the return, I pay back the money within two weeks.
Customised products, are unfortunately not refundable.
